We're a team of occupational therapists, allied health assistants, and admin support spread across a large geographical area, each contributing different strengths and experience to your care.

Our team includes therapists at various stages of their careers - from those with years of specialist expertise in particular areas to newer practitioners bringing fresh skills and perspectives - alongside allied health assistants with different hands-on capabilities. This mix means we can find the right match for your needs, whether that's based on where you are, the specific support you're after, or the benefit of having an OT and allied health assistant working alongside each other.

Come Work With Us

We know not all OT jobs are created equal. Some feel like a grind. Some feel like you're left floating with no support. We're aiming for the sweet spot: meaningful work, realistic caseloads, and a team that trusts you to get on with it. We measure success by outcomes, not output. We invest properly in our therapists, because better-supported therapists mean better outcomes for clients.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid working, so you can shape your week around your clients and your life

  • CPD allowance to support your professional growth

  • Elk Ed, our in-house clinical education program

  • Weekly Huddle, a regular touch point with the whole team

  • New grad and early career program with structured support while you find your feet

  • Variety in your work, from assessments and reports to equipment, home modifications and more

Whether you're a new grad or an experienced OT looking for a change, we'd love to chat.

Meet Sarah

Director / OT

Sarah brings a wealth of experience across diverse healthcare settings to our team. From her leadership roles in critical care to her work in rehabilitation and community services, she delivers holistic, evidence-based care with remarkable expertise. Her impressive professional achievements include the Nina Buscombe award from Motor Neuron Disease Australia and multiple Smart Strokes Scholarships.

When not delivering exceptional care to clients, Sarah can be found exploring bush walking tracks with her family, cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines at her children’s sporting events, or knee-deep in her latest renovation project. She’s always up for an adventure, often dragging everyone along on spontaneous quests to discover hidden natural gems!

Despite juggling a million things at once, Sarah loves making time to help others and gets a real kick out of making a difference.
